Twerton church celebrates creation

There was singing, reflection and quite at lot of fun at Bath City Farm on Sunday, as people from St Michael’s Church celebrated God’s creation of the world.
This was a Harvest Festival expanded into thanks for all in nature – including food, rain, pets, people, flowers and light.

Afterward there was some social time at the farm and a big bouncy castle was inflated for the children.
There were some new faces among the regular worshippers which is a good thing. The traditional style collection of groceries will be donated to the Bath Foodbank that gives out food parcels to individuals and families in need.
