Twerton Winter Warmth

A new service from Age UK is helping older people in Twerton to stay warm and save money. With fuel bills going up by at least 15% and Winter Fuel Payments decreasing, how to stay warm and keep the bills down is a cause for concern for a few of us this winter. Twerton Winter Warmth is there to offer advice and support:

♦ Advice on free or discounted insulation and central heating improvements

♦ Free room thermometers and energy saving light bulbs

♦ Plus the full range of Age UK information, advice and other services

You can give them a call for advice over the phone or request a free home visit. Phone 01225 466135 or 07527 113082. Also, look out for their information stalls in the Rose Cottage Community Centre and Cafe at Twerton High Street.
